In the heart of the fun, a short walk from lively Waikiki Beach, Royal Kuhio offers pleasant one-bedroom accommodations with plenty to do. Renowned restaurants and one of the world's great beaches are just a few blocks from your door. After feasting at a local luau, strike out to discover Oahu's dazzling scenery. Nearby you'll find outstanding snorkeling reefs, the North Shore's world-famous surf breaks, and gorgeous mountain hiking trails.

PLEASE NOTE:

•Parking is available for one vehicle per unit during your stay (fees may be applicable). Larger vehicles are not permitted on property.

•Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios. A fee will be assessed for non-compliance.

•Some reservations will require the guest to pay an “Accommodations/Lodging” tax, required by state and local regulations, will be collected upon arrival. The nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season.

• February 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021, construction hours are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, U.S. holidays excluded. We expect jackhammering to remove tile, hammering and scrapping. The pool and access to the deck will be closed most of the time during construction.
