• Only registered individuals will be allowed on the property. Renting guests are not allowed to invite non-renting guests (friends or family members) that are not staying at the property. Guests must provide an accurate count of their party size (including children) as there is a guest wristband policy in effect
• Renters are allowed two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit could be issued for an additional fee only if authorized by Management. Parking is limited. Small hitch trailers allowed at a fee, must fit in one parking space. Absolutely No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
