Indian Palms Intervals is an 83 unit timeshare property located in the Coachella Valley, city of Indio, California. The resort consists of 22 buildings with 4 units per building. All units are single story and were originally built as resort condominiums. All units are 700 square feet with an identical floor plan of 2-bedrooms and 1-bathroom, a general living area with a breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. They are situated on a 6-acre desert landscaped property with 2 pools and spas, guest laundry, barbecue areas and other resort amenities. Indian Palms Intervals is located within the grounds of the Indian Palms Country Club and is adjacent to a 27-hole golf course, country club restaurant and pro shop. The best time to make late arrival arrangements is between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, no less than three days before your arrival.
